The namesake of the ranch, Black Tie is the foundation of our Pinto Arabian program. He has sired show horses who have won national titles at the Regional, Scottsdale and National level, as well as great family trail horses with excellent dispositions and attitudes.

Black Tie's sire, Por Ciento, was the straight Spanish son of the legendary *Bariche de Washoe. His dam, Crystal Image PC, is a daughter of the Saddlebred Pinto, Harlequin Magic Maker.

Black Tie consistently passes on his big eyes (from the Spanish), long hip, smooth body, high set neck, long legs and high tail carriage. His foals have wonderful dispositions and minds and 75% of the time are Pintos.

A proven sire, Black Tie stamps his foals with characteristics that allow them to excel in the halter and performance arena.
